Star Wars: The Old Republic Has Main Guild Bug

Bugs are everywhere in video games, and it is definitely impossible for video game developers to acquire rid of them all. The truth is, some of the coolest things in video games at occasions is seeing how particular bugs impact the gameplay in funny, awkward and hilarious approaches. But then there is the other side of issues. Sometimes bugs are unintentionally produced and it may cause havoc among the game itself, that is specifically what’s taking place to SWTOR Credits players in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

So, what’s taking place? Well, an extremely very simple however effective point. You see, a player named Ssuspriina went onto the Star Wars: The Old Republic forum boards and noted some thing incredibly odd, and extremely incorrect, that happened to her:

“SO I WAS Undertaking A little bit BIT OF GUILD ADMIN THIS MORNING, CLICKED TO Remove A TOON & SOMEHOW BOOTED THE WHOLE GUILD”

If a whole guild is booted, and the person who booted them can’t contact them to explain what occurred, that’s going to trigger a lot of hard feelings. Not to mention a lot of damage to the Guild itself, as it now essentially has no members!

What’s worse though is that it seems this is taking place all over Star Wars: The Old Republic. Guilds are in fear of accidentally sending everyone home, and so they are looking to Bioware to fix it.

And although there was an official response, it was not specifically one that will inspire confidence:

“It’s being reviewed by our QA team and they’ll work with the Dev Team to get the cheap SWTOR Credits issues addressed. No ETA at the moment.”

The community so far seems a bit baffled by how a bug like this made it into the game, considering there is a QA team at all. Everybody will be hoping this can be resolved, and soon.
